The MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW 2009 attracted 156 exhibitors from 20 nations. The unbroken significance of the Russian bakery and confectionary industry is emphasised by the high number of foreign exhibitors: 51 % of all MODERN BAKERY exhibitors came from abroad. The German pavilion with 18 participating companies emphasize the importance of the Russian market and the MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW, too. About 12,000 expert visitors visited the leading International bakery and confectionery trade fair for the Russian market. More than 45 % of these visitors came from the Russian regions.
The trade fair exhibitions cover the entire range of the bakery industry from raw materials to bakery equipment. Confectionery as well as instore baking in supermarkets and gastronomy will be the focus of MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW 2010.
