Logistics

Our partner BTG Expo GmbH offers professional exhibition logistics services. BTG can take care of everything: planning, organisation, documentation, transportation, handling, insurance, on-site support and a lot more.

Please note: Exhibitors not using the services of BTG Expo GmbH please read the important notes below and prepare the documents carefully.

BTG Expo GmbH has had many years of experience at the most important fairgrounds of the world and can supply individual, customised exhibition logistics concepts. BTG employs highly qualified and well-trained staff, who are familiar with the respective countries and their people and who speak their language!

Please note

The international logistic company BTG Expo GmbH is the exclusive and official customs and clearance forwarder. Only BTG Expo is allowed to clear your goods on the fairground.
  • Deadline for direct truck shipments - 1 working day prior delivery to the stand.
  • Deadline for direct airfreights to Moscow - BTG Expo GmbH requires 5 - 6 working days for all services connected with pick up at the airport, customs clearance and delivery to the stand.
  • BTG Expo does not handle railway shipments as well as courier shipment. For information about consolidation truck from Germany, please contact BTG Expo.
  • Please send the copies ( drafts) of proforma invoices in Excel format by e-mail latest 10 days before despatch for checking and translation into Russian language to BTG Expo.
  • The ocean freight consignments should arrive in Hamburg latest 16 days prior delivery to the
    stand.
  • Please do not ship any consignments to Hamburg without confirmation from BTG Expo side.
  • The consignee instructions for ocean freight you`ll get by the direct contact with BTG Expo. The transit charges
    from Hamburg to Moscow are not included in the tariff.
  • Please supply together with the pre-alert your brief forwarding order as per attached order sheet.
  • Please contact BTG Expo in advance before your arrange any transports to Moscow.

Import and Export of Exhibits without BTG Expo GmbH

Exhibitors not using the services of the official freight forwarder BTG Expo GmbH have to provide the hall director of the relevant hall with a list of the taken-in goods (3 copies in Russian). This list has to be stamped and signed and then presented to the guard at the entrance of the fairground.

If you want to bring exhibits which do not need customs clearance, into the exhibition hall, you will need a document allowing you to take these things out of the hall again. Please list these goods in Russian language on a company letter paper in triplicate, sign this letter and pass it on the director of the exhibition hall. The director will sign and stamp this letter. You will get back one copy, which allows you to bring those goods and materials in and out.
